As with any other purchase, transactions at Copyright77 are subject to certain conditions. If you purchase a product at https://copyright77.store, these conditions apply to the sales contract between you and Copyright77.
Standard Return Policy
You have the right to cancel an order, return a product, or cancel a service contract for any reason within the scope of your legal rights. To return a product purchased from Copyright77 or to cancel a service contract, you must request the return or cancellation within 14 days from the date you or the person you designated received the product, or from the date the service contract was concluded. If the order included multiple products, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last product. To exercise your rights, you only need to notify us of your intention to return the product or cancel an order or service contract. You can do this by sending us an email at contacto@copyright77.store, or by filling out the Product Return or Service Contract Cancellation Form found at the end of the Sales and Refunds Terms and Conditions.
Once you have communicated your intention to return a product, simply send it back with the purchase receipt and the original packaging. You have an additional 14 days after declaring your intention to return the product or cancel a service contract to complete the return.
Please note that, except in cases of defect or nonconformity, you cannot return the following items:

Digitally downloaded content if the download has already begun with your prior and express consent, acknowledging that you waive your right to return.

Services, such as gift wrapping, if the service has already been performed with your prior and express consent, and you accepted that you waive your right to return. If services have not been fully provided, and you requested that they begin within 14 days from the contract date, you will be charged a proportional amount for the services performed up to the cancellation date.
If the product is damaged, we may reduce the refund amount according to the loss in value of the product.
We will refund all amounts you have paid for the product or service, except for express delivery charges (if you did not choose standard delivery).

Price and Price Reductions or Corrections
Copyright77 reserves the right to change product prices displayed on https://copyright77.store at any time and to correct unintentional errors. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted by Copyright77. If there is an error in pricing, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or to cancel the order at no cost.
In addition to your right to cancel an order, return a product, or cancel a service contract for any of the reasons described above, if Copyright77 reduces the price of any Copyright77 product within 14 calendar days from the date you received it, you can send an email to contacto@copyright77.store to request a refund or credit for the difference between the price you paid and the new price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact Copyright77 within 14 calendar days of the price change. Note that time-limited offers, such as special sales events, are excluded.
Order, Acknowledgment, and Acceptance
To place an order for products or services at Copyright77, visit our online store at https://copyright77.store. Simply add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout (using your preferred payment method), identifying yourself with your Copyright77 ID or as a guest customer. We can ship the items to you or to a recipient of your choice. In all cases, you will always have the chance to review your order before confirming it. Once confirmed, we will provide you with an online order number.
Within a few minutes of receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation. Like the order number, this confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order—it only confirms that we received it. Once we process and prepare your order, we will send you another email confirming acceptance, along with shipping information (the “Shipping Notification Email”). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. To ensure product availability, we will not accept your order until the items are ready for shipment. In most cases, this happens within 24 hours for items in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will receive the acceptance email when the product becomes available and ready to ship, always within the timeframe provided at checkout. Upon receiving the acceptance email, a contract is formed between you and Copyright77. From that point, we will deliver the products as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your Copyright77 purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Copyright77 offers standard shipping options. Generally, standard shipping is free for all products shipped within Spanish territory, including artworks. Shipping outside Spanish territory is free for orders above a certain amount. Orders for artworks will not be accepted for delivery outside Spanish territory. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Please note that once the product leaves our facilities, the delivery date may be affected by many factors beyond our control. In any case, if a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to ensure delivery is as satisfactory as possible.
Copyright77 handles the shipment of products you purchase at https://copyright77.store. Once delivered, the risk of loss or damage passes to you or the person designated for collection. Ownership of the products passes to you once the courier picks them up from our warehouse. At that moment, we will send you a shipping notification email. If there are any delivery issues, please contact Copyright77.
Pickup Locations
Copyright77 may ship orders from https://copyright77.store to designated pickup locations. This option is not available for all items. Only you or an authorized person may collect the order. If you pick it up yourself, you must present a valid government-issued ID (DNI or NIE, driver’s license, or passport). If another person collects it, you must provide us with their name and email address. They must also present a valid ID and the order number. Copyright77 is not responsible for the actions of this person after collecting the order. Copyright77 will send you a notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with one or two reminders. If the order is not collected, Copyright77 may cancel it. Payments
If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged once we accept the order.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will check the name, address, and other personal information you provide during the order process against the information held by the card issuer. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to these checks.
