As in the purchase of works or any product in Copyright77, we want you to have the best experience every time you search for and rent works in https://copyright77.store , through the RENTING option.
The rental of works in Copyright77 is subject to certain conditions. If you rent a work in https://copyright77.store , these conditions apply to the rental agreement between you and Copyright77. This contract regulates the rental and possible future sale of the works through https://copyright77.store .
Standard Return Policy
You have the right to cancel an order, return a work or cancel a rental agreement for any reason within the scope of your legal rights.
To return a work that you have rented at Copyright77 or cancel a rental agreement, you must make the return or cancellation request within 14 days from the date on which you or the person you indicated received the work, or from the date of conclusion of the rental agreement. To exercise your rights, you only have to notify us of your intention to return the work or cancel a rental contract. You can do it by sending us an email to contacto@copyright77.store , filling in the Form for return of works or cancellation of rental contracts that you will find at the end of the Terms and conditions of RENTING .
Once you have informed us of your intention to return the work, we will collect it within a maximum period of seven days at the delivery address, together with the original packaging.
If the work is damaged, we can reduce the amount reimbursed according to the value that the work has lost, up to a maximum of 10% of the actual price of the work.
Price and price reductions or corrections
Copyright77 reserves the right to change the prices of the works displayed on https://copyright77.store at any time and to correct inadvertent errors. Price changes will not affect rentals that have already been accepted by Copyright77. In the event there is an error in the price, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the rental transaction at the correct price or to cancel the rental without charge.
In addition to your right to cancel an order, return a work, or cancel a rental agreement for any of the reasons described above, if copyright77 reduces the price of any work within a period of 14 calendar days from the date you received it, you can send a email to contact@copyright77.store and request a refund or credit for the difference between the price you paid and the new price. To receive a refund or credit, you must contact copyright77 within 14 calendar days from the price change. Please note that limited period offers such as special sales events are not included.
Order, acknowledgment and acceptance of the order
To rent a work or service at Copyright77, you can visit the store's website at https://copyright77.store . You just have to add the work to the cart and pay (with the payment method you prefer) identifying yourself with your Copyright77 ID or as a guest customer. We can send the work to you or to the person you choose. It can also be collected at a collaborating establishment and collection point in the municipality of Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona). In all cases, you can always review the order before confirming it. Once you have confirmed it, we will give you a web order number.
Within minutes of receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation by email. Like the web order number, the confirmation email does not mean that we accept the order, it just informs you that we have received it. When we process and prepare your order, we will send you another email indicating that we have accepted it along with the shipping information (the "shipping notification email"). We reserve the right to accept or not an order. As we want to ensure that the products are available, we will not accept the order until the products are ready for shipment. In most cases, we will do so within twenty-four hours. If a work is not in stock, you will receive the acceptance email when we have it available and ready for shipment, always within the period that we indicate when paying. When you receive the acceptance email, Copyright77 will have entered into a contract with you. From then on, all that remains is for us to deliver the work to you as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your rental at https://copyright77.store .
shipping and delivery
Copyright77 offers standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Orders for the rental of works will not be accepted nor will works be sent to addresses located outside the municipality of Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona).
If you need more information about the deadlines and delivery methods for works rented at https://copyright77.store , contact us. Please note that once the product leaves our facility, the delivery date may be affected by many factors beyond our control. In any case, if there is a significant delay, we will contact you so that the delivery is as satisfactory as possible.
copyright77 assumes the shipment of the works that you rent in https://copyright77.store . Once delivered, the risks of loss or damage pass to you or the person you have designated for collection. The rental of the works will pass to you once the courier picks them up from our warehouse. At that time we will send you a shipping notification email. If there are any problems with the delivery, please contact copyright77.
Pickup Locations
copyright77 can send orders https://copyright77.store to different collection points in the municipality of Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona). This option is not available for all works. Only you or an authorized person can pick up the order. If you do it, remember that you have to present an identity document. If someone else does it, you have to provide us with their name and email address. You will also have to present an identity document and the order number. copyright77 is not responsible for the actions of this person after the order has been collected. copyright77 will send you a notification with the pickup date when your order is ready. It will also send you a reminder or two just in case. If you do not pick up the order, it is possible that copyright77 I cancelled it. Payments
If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged to the card when we accept the order.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder. To ensure that your credit or debit card is not used without your consent, we will check the name, address and other personal information you provided to us when placing your order with the information held by the card issuer. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to these verifications.

Return of the rented work
The rental agreement will end with the expiration of the contractual duration selected at https://copyright77.store or with the cancellation of the rental agreement by return:
- The work will be returned to Copyright77 at the delivery address within a maximum period of twenty-four hours, together with the original packaging. The work will be returned in the state in which you received it. If the work is damaged, we can claim according to the value that the work has lost, up to a maximum of 10% of the actual price of the work.
- If you do not return the work, due to loss or any other reason, you will be charged the full price of the work.
In the event that you continue in possession of the work after the expiration of the rental period, the rental relationship will be automatically extended for successive months. As long as you return the work undamaged and in its entirety and Copyright77 determines that it is in equivalent condition to that it was in at the time it was shipped, you may be able to obtain benefits in the form of discounts or similar allowances at https://copyright77.store . However, there is no right to receive such benefits.
Purchase of the rented work
In the event that you want to buy the rented work during your rental, we will deduct the rent from the price of the work .
If during the rental of a work, Copyright77 sells the work, you have the obligation to return the work to the delivery address within twenty-four hours, after we notify you by email. In exchange, the entire rent will be returned to you.
