Standard Return Policy

You have the right to cancel an order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason within the scope of your legal rights. To return a product you have purchased from Copyright77 or cancel a service contract, you must make the return or cancellation request within 14 days from the date you or the person you indicate received the product, or from the date of conclusion of the service contract. Keep in mind that, except in case of defect or non-conformity, you cannot return the following items:

Copyright77 offers standard shipping options and express delivery. In general, standard shipping is free for all products shipped within Spanish territory. Pickup Locations

Copyright77 can ship orders for to different collection locations. This option is not available for all articles. Only you or an authorized person can pick up the order. If you do it yourself, remember that you have to present an official identity document (DNI or NIE, driving license or passport). If someone else does it, you have to provide us with their name and email address. You will also need to present an official identity document and the order number. Copyright77 is not responsible for the actions of this person after the order has been collected. Copyright77 will send you a notification with the pickup date when your order is ready.
